Music for your ears
Today is Bandcamp Friday! One of the best ways to support independent musicians you love is by purchasing their work today on Bandcamp, and in honor of, I’ve got a mix of new music for you and I’m launching the pre-orders for my new album along with the first single!
Coming right off of last year’s From the Ashes of Our Homes, the new album is called Embers, and it’s an album comprised of previously unreleased remixes and reimagined songs from seven different projects that I’ve been a part of through the years, along with a few songs originally intended for the Ashes album that just didn’t make the final cut.
The first single is “Fire Season Pt. II” available on Bandcamp and all the streamers now, as well as in the mix below, along with other new music from folks you should support like Meklit, Brother Ali, Omar Offendum, Maya Jupiter, Adi Oasis, pHoenix Pagliacci, Iniko, Ana Tijoux and so much more.
These occasional mixes are a way to say thank you to all the paid subscribers who keep the podcast and this Substack going! Appreciate you all so much.
