End of the year REMIXES

It's like a radio show, except I made all the beats.

Every December around this time, whether on the radio or online, I’ve shared the music that I listened to the most in that calendar year. On a personal level, I’ve been in a place of transition since leaving radio back in the fall of 2023, and one of the biggest transitions I've made musically is moving into more production work.

My journey with making beats started in 2023 as I was working on my last full-length solo record From The Ashes of Our Homes, and it continued this year with my very first remix LP Embers.

What I've found in the process of making literally hundreds and hundreds of beats over the last few years, is that I'm never going to have time to write lyrics to all the musical sketches that I have down, and I also found that making remixes is one of my favorite exercises in production.

For this year, instead of sharing a year end list or even a mix of music, I made 25 remixes of the music I listened to the most in 2024. I'm sharing it with you all here exclusively via the [untitled] app. You can get the app for free or just listen in your browser.

I've been quiet online lately, but this upcoming year I have no less than 4 albums that I am currently working on. They are all at different places in the process, and I'm so excited that for the first time, two of these albums are projects that I'm producing for other artists! Since I first started making beats, producing timeless music with artists I love is all I've really wanted to do. Consider this mix my latest demo tape, and know that it's just a fraction of what goes into the albums.
